2) Do they count towards the table headcount? ie: Do I need to include their table as part as the table layout or do they sit somewhere else?

Re: Vendor Question
1)They only count if you do not meet your minimum, in which case they are full price. If you have met your minimum, they are half price (or free, or whatever arrangement your hall has).
2) The Maitre 'D will find a place for them to sit. No need to have a table for them, no need for an additional CP. They eat in shifts where the Maitre 'D sits them.
Hope that helps you love!

Re: Vendor Question
I don't think they count towards the total headcount, and I believe that they set up other tables for vendors. At least, this is what the halls that I worked in did, but this was years ago.

Re: Vendor Question
For me, they do not count towards my head count and they are seated separately.
I think this is pretty much the norm.

Re: Vendor Question
I think it really depends on the hall. But for the most part, vendor plates are 50% off and house vendors are free so they do not count towards your headcount. Many halls put vendors in a different room or at a table in back. I don't think you need to put a table together for them. Check with your hall though.

Only if you have reached your limit.. i need to promise 200 for my room. if I have 190 guests and i have 10 vendors i need to pay full price for them because i need to promise to pay for 200 full price...if i have 200 guest then i pay 1/3 off for my vendors...
