If u have a vendor (already booked) and you try contacting periodically from time to time and SOME e-mails get answered and others go unanswered what would you do?
I believe in TOP customer service!! Not trying to a bridezilla or anything but still....
I believe you should respond to e-mails in a timely fashion and if it is not the same day MAKE it your business to do so the next day.....
This has happen on several occassions......
What would you do

Re: Vendor Question....
I agree with you- a vendor should be responsive to every email/phone call you give them. I can understand being very busy during wedding season, but they should still get back to you within a couple of days.
Has it gotten to the point where you don't feel comfortable using the vendor? Maybe you should say something to him/her expressing your concerns. Are you locked into a contract?

Re: Vendor Question....
This has happen to me also and I told them I was going to cancel and I needed to know what the process was. They started singing me a song, even gave me there home phone # and personal cell. Absolutey they should tend to you when you are in need. You are paying alot of money to use them and not to be ignored. If they can't accomodate you, they need to get the boot. I mean I could understand people are busy and we are not the only wedding but still find time to accomodate me.

Re: Vendor Question....
Honestly it depends on the vendor. Trust me, sometimes e-mail just doesn't work unless the vendor relies on it all the time. If its something that's important enough to you then just call them.

Re: Vendor Question....
I would try contacting them again telling them that this was unacceptable behavior. Then if it happened again I'd also give them the boot!

Re: Vendor Question....
they should reply in a timely manner. But, keep in mind they work all weekend. Most weddings are Fri, Sat and Sun.
If you e-mail them thursday and they work all day and night all weekend, expect a return Monday or Tuesday. It's the nature of their business.
