If I met with a vendor and I am not booking with them should I let them know?

I don't either.

I actually had one call me back asking for a courtesy call once I decided on my RH. Never heard of that before.

when we looked at djs...we called the 2 that we didnt book to let them know...but then we didn't bother doing that with photogs


i think you really only need to call if they are holding the date for you or something

I didn't. But, I did have a couple of vendors email me after meeting with them, and I did respond to their emails saying that we had booked elsewhere.

I only called one back...and that;s b/c she was my favorite florist...but just too pricey for me.

I did if they called me after the meeting to follow up while I was still in the decision making process.

I found calling early on a Monday is the best most arn't open and you can just leave a message instead of actually talking to someone.... hehe

Well the only vendor we have met with so far is @ RH..about 2 called to see if we had made a decision..we haven't yet and I let them know.

Otherwise, I would do the same as the above post and call early before they opened. HEHE

dont worry bout it if anything they will call u to check if you decided just tell them you r sorry but you chose someone else. just a warning sometimes they try to get nosey bout who u chose

If they call to ask me who I chose I tell them the wedding is off

If they are emailing you up a storm, than kindly reply that you went with someone else. If not, and you haven't heard from them... than no worries... theres no reason to bother telling them.

depends upon how much time or how many times you spoke with them

telling them will save you time in the long run .... and prevent you from having to dodge calls

its up to you
