Maybe a dumb question but do you include them in your final count? Do they need a table setting?

if u pan on feeding them u have to count them in ur count...we wer told vendors pay 1/3 the prce and that u have to count them in ur count but they do not eat in the room..they go eat somewhere n the back..hth

It might depend on your place. For me they are not included because vendors eat free.

At the Watermill, house vendors are freeand all other venders are 1/3 off. I believe our RH's are owned by the same ppl so I'd assume they have the same policies.

many places you do not put them in your count unless you are under the min. You have to tell them the the # of vendors but its a separate group cause their price is different.
