I must say bbcrafts.com Suc ks so bad. I ordered personalized ribbons from them for my candy buffet bags more than 2 weeks ago, I received them within 3 days, they were ALL defective, blurry and some letters were missing in our names. Just horrible horrible quality. I called customer service and they told me that I had to send them a picture of the defective merchandise. I sent it to them the same night.The next day I received an email stating that they confirmed through my pictures that the ribbons were in fact defective and they would be issuing me a replacement order in 24-48 hours. It is now 10 days later and I have yet to receive my package, I wish I had ordered them from somewhere else, and saved myself this aggrevation.
