VENDOR RANT!!!

NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I ordered from The knot. com last month, June 8,2011. I have yet to receive all of my items, and the tracking numbers and shipments are out of whack, it's even saying my order was placed in October of 2010. So I call their customer service, to try and clarify, and after waiting 15 minutes to get through to someone, I get through to this woman who was completely rude, and talked down to me. I was just trying to explain what I was seeing on my screen, and she says to me 'What is wrong with you? Can't you see what's on your screen?' in a very condescending tone! I ask to speak to a supervisor, and she says,'Well let me think about that, because I can just hang up on you' I flipped out! Finally got through to a supervisor, after another 15 minutes!!!!! She was good, and told me there was something wrong with what I was seeing, and there was a package due to be delivered tomorrow. She said she would review the call, and speak to the representative. I am so ANGRY!!
