Vendor Rant

Went to pick up my and MOH dress at F*rancescas Custom Tailor in Merrick. MOH dress is way too long and there is a STAIN on the front of the dress. Owner denies that it is their fault. Insists that it was there before (we took the dress out of the delivery box and brought it there)and that we asked for it at that length. Not only did they not take responsibilty, the cleaner across the street agreed to try to take the stain out for free and they agreed to take the dress there and then called back to say they were too busy! Then they say that they are doing us a favor by redoing the HEM! And they charge a fortune.

Had been warned by the tailor down the block not to go there. He is wonderful but did not have the right machine for the hem. Should have listened!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
