Vendor RANT..Long (sorry!) but I feel you ladies should know incase you call the same hotel!
So as some of you know I have been calling hotels for a block. One hotel in particular has HORRIBLE customer service.
I called to ask about information, they told me to leave my name and number and the manager would get back to me asap.
FOUR DAYS LATER I called them to ask again since no one got back to me. This time the manager answered. I was excited thinking I would get some information. NOPE, she told me that she is calling people back in order that they called and would call me back. (Okay you have me on the phone right now, you can't take 15 miniutes to talk to me?) But I said no problem because I understood even though I felt her attitude was very unprofessional.
FIVE HOURS LATER she calls me back. At this point I was not available anymore so she left me a message. I called back a half an hour later to be told she was not available, to leave my name and number. I asked when her hours were for the next day to call her, they told me anytime after 7am,
So this morning I call around 11 and she answers again. This time she tells me, SHE IS TOO BUSY and will need to call me back. I was so aggravated I decided if the service is this bad now why have my friends and family spend hundres of dollars. They don't deserve my business!!!
IF anyone wants the name of the hotel FM and I will let you know.
