Vendor Rave!
Just wanted to let you girls know about the wonderful customer service from E.L.F. that I received.
Last week, I ordered some products for my BM's. Specifically, I got my BM's makeup brush kits and lip gloss kits, and my MOH's bath and body kits.
I got the package on Saturday 5/16 and everything was great except one of the bath and body kits was opened (just the packaging, not the products), and the basket was slowly breaking. So I called Monday to see what they could do for me. They told me to keep the broken one and use any products myself if I could, and that they would send me a new one free of charge. Well they did, and I got it yesterday! It came in one day in perfect condition!
I was VERY satisfied with their customer service, and even moreso their prices. I highly recommend ordering from them if you plan to buy any cosmetics or bath products for your girls.....or yourself![]()
