Earlier I posted the totes that I ordered from justembroideredtotes.com and I have to say that so far the customer service has been great. Kim is the woman who does the totes and she e-mailed me right away to find out what I wanted embroidered on them so I sent her my list of names. When she realized that I wasn't getting one for myself she e-mailed me that she didn't think it was fair for everyone but me to have one so she's making one for me free of charge!! How sweet is that?? Just thought you ladies may like to check her out

Actually - she's been a vendor on LIWeddings.com & NYCityWeddings.com for three years!
I personally have ordered from Kim a couple of times & love her work - and her.
