So we ordered our wedding cake yesterday. We decided not to go with Francesco's but an outside bakery and I am in LOVE!!!!
The Chef who creates the cakes is a doll to work with...he will sit with you and discuss the design, he will ask you about different flavors you like to get an idea of what you want and then create a mini cake for you to taste how your wedding cake will be.
I initially went to them for my Grooms Cake and ordered a NY Yankee cake and loved the flavors and service and decided to do the wedding cake there too. His wife Laura is amazing to work with as well and very helpful. I can't wait to see my wedding cake in 18 days :)
oh yeah....forgot to mention who they are.... Macayla Michaels Bakery.

Re: Vendor Rave
Francescos was great and had delicious flavors. We initially chose chocolate mouse and hazelnut with yellow and forest cake. We didnt go with them because after all the little upgrades we wanted (design different from what was offered, fondant, etc.), the cake was coming out to be the same price as Macaylas and if we went with Macaylas I got 30% off for Grooms cake and free delivery.
