Vendor Rave and advice for newbies

So long story short I was doing my invitations on Sunday when I noticed the address to the RH was wrong. I immediately went into Panic Bridezilla mode. I called them and they were closed till Tuesday!!

I went through all my emails till I found my last corespondence from them in May saying they would fix the addresses. I forwarded this to them.

Monday morning I received an email back they were reprinting and resending them to my house. Last night UPS delivered them.

So Thank you to Ginny at 'Have you Heard' in Bellmore for quickly and painlessly rectifying this matter.

My advice is KEEP ALL YOU EMAILS wedding related. If I didn't I would have been up $hits creek without a paddle!!

couldn't agree more! saving emails gets me out of so much trouble at work and also helps to prove someone wrong (which I so love doing at work )
