Vendor rave and rant
Vendor rave- met with Franklin square photography over the weekend and booked them for video, Keith was so helpful and flexible with our questions and budget. I would totally check them out if you are in the market for video and of course photo's.
Vendor rant and 1st bridal emergency (funny story, but not at the time)- So, I thought I would try this new place out by my house (in LB) for make-up on Saturday as I was going dress shopping...YAY(tackling 2 birds one stone). I tell the make-up artist that I am no stranger to applications (the movie 27 dresses was based on my life; not really but it felt like it...lol) So I knew exactly what looked good on me: air brushing foundation, natural colors with pops of purple and that I don't like heavy application, hence the AIR BRUSHING. Well, their machine was missing a part so she piles on the foundation and doesn't blend ANYTHING on my face. I asked her if she noticed the blotches to which she replies 'that is just the way the make-up lays!' I took her brush and did it myself thinking it would help but only made it worse.
Thank goodness I had a coupon, as I will NEVER go back to that place for make-up with that chick unless I am hired to be a CLOWN......!!!!
I need recommendations for make-up...LOL
