Last night, FH and I got into our Zipcar and headed towards LI from the city. We were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic from the city and we were 40 minutes late to meet with John at Flower Michele. He was totally understanding and waited for us. We were greeted with a warm smile. I went over changes from my original meeting with him and he was totally cool and gave great ideas. I can't wait to finally see a sample centerpiece. He's such a sweetheart.
Next up, we went to check out our band's showcase. For those who haven't booked a band or have friends that are looking for a band, look no further than Arcadia. Working in the music industry, I tend to be a little jaded when it comes to music. These guys were amazing! The opened up with Leona Lewis' 'Bleeding Love' and then straight into Rihanna 'Please Don't Stop the Music.' FH and I were trying our hardest not to get up from our seats to start dancing. (we're goofballs.)
Anyway, it was a GREAT night. We had to rush back to the city to drop off the zipcar so unfortunately, we didn't get to eat dinner out there. We ended up at the diner at 10:30 pm.
I can't wait till the wedding!!!!

I know! I was really like 'can they pull this off' and they did!!! FH and I were tapping our feet, bobbing our heads just ITCHING to dance! LOLOL

you're funny - I'm going to finalize my flowers on saturday and I said to FH don't worry, I'm going with my sister you don't have to come. He was like that's why I love you baby, you know me soo well.
i wouldn't be able to deal with him all antsy while we look at pictures of bouquets!

Do you need more suggestions?? I have a ton. I work right here on 9th street and I used to live on 12th so I know the area like the back of my hand!!!

We really did. I met with FM because I wanted to change around some stuff and I wanted to introduce FH to him because of all the 'chatter' about FM. My nerves were rest assured by John!!!!
