First of all thanks to the girls who recommended Phillis from Bridal Elegance. She is SO nice and her prices are AMAZING. If you have a dress you want to order she doesn't have a lot of them in the store but she can order it for you at a much better price.

i ordered my dress from her!! i LOOOOOVE her, she is so nice, she really knows what she's doing and she told me the same thing, she can order anything!!
i also decided that my bms are going to her too...and i'm going to have the moms go see her too, since she has mom dresses!!

Now I'm a little biased because the 2 times I've had to deal with her, her seamstress quality has not been so great.
I was a bridesmaid last year and we took our dresses to be altered by her, at first glance the craftsmanship was amazing, but we were wearing the Bill Levkoff style dress with all those pickups, and by the time the ceremony came around all the pickups fell out of every one of our dresses, and we were safety pinning the pickups back into place...why you ask? She didn't shorten the hem of the dress enough, the front & back of our shoes kept getting stuck and pulling out the hems.
Second time my friend who had her wedding dress altered by her goes to put on her dress on her wedding day and gets stuck in the face with a straight pin, well seems she didn't hem the dress at all, and left all the pins in forming the hem :shock2
All I'm saying is heed my warning, and check and double check her work. But I have to admit, the dresses she makes from scratch are amazing and very, very beautiful.
