Vendor Rave- Bridal Reflections Carle Place :)

Wed. night I had a dress fitting at bridal reflections- like an idiot I took off my gold pearl necklace, put it on the floor and left it there. They were closed yesterday so I couldn't talk to anyone until today. I am soooo happy and thankful to tell you that the high school girl who helps out with the dresses found it and handed it in right away. I was able to get the necklace back today..

It's really reassuring to know that there are still honest people out there and that BR took care of everything right away- that necklace had sentimental value and I was never told 'we are not responsible for personal belongings' They called me back right away!

Just had to share the kindness of others and appreciation that I have for the store!

I absolutely love them. Both the Carle Place and Massapequa locations. I am so happy with the customer service and the way they handle things. Its super professional.

I agree. A lot of people say they have had problems with attitude at these stores but I loved my experience at Massapequa. My aunt told the woman helping us that i had a bad experience at the first store because I look really young and am not a size 0. The woman at bridal reflection made it extra special and it was a great experience. The girls there were great and patient. cant wait for my dress to come in and have my first fitting.

yay im soo glad to hear this!! I've heard so many so so reviews! I got my dress in Carle place and loooved who i worked with Lorraine. Such a sweetheart. I didnt really care for the lady that helped me at the veil show...she was totally pushing me to make a decision that night. But either way im still excited to work with them when my dress comes in!
