Vendor rave - Camelot of course
I know I'm a little late on this (married 41 days already, wow! lol) but I have to tell you Camelot is just awesome. Every other wedding vendor should take notes from Joe on how to run a business and keep your clients happy. The day of the wedding we had a classic Cadillac which picked up me and my dad then was supposed to take DH and I to Westbury Manor. After the ceremony my coordinator (Fairy Tale Events, another fantastic vendor!) came up to me letting me know that there was an issue with the car and the driver didn't feel comfortable taking us any further in it. DH and I were fine about it, we went in the limo with the BP and had an awesome ride out to LI. When we got back from Jamaica I called Joe to talk about what happened. Without hesitation he said he would refund us X amount of money and apologized over and over again. I knew that speaking to him about what happened would be a breeze. I can't say enough nice things about Joe. They were without a doubt my favorite vendor to work with and they really know how to treat their customers.
