VENDOR RAVE - CUSTOMIZED GIRL
I just wanted to rave about customized girl.
I ordered a 'Mrs. ******' sweat jacket from them. I loved it. But when I cut open the bag that it arrived in, the collar was packed in such a way that I ended up cutting the material. I was very upset b/c my wedding was in 10 days. I called them up, they said they would send me a new jacket if I sent back the cut jacket.
But I thought that there wouldn't be enough time before my wedding to get the new one, so I didn't send the cut jacket back.
But they sent me a new jacket anyway!!!!! In this wedding business, where everyone is looking to rip you off, I really feel that they did something very nice.
