Hi Ladies. I just wanted to share a really sweet interaction I had with Lighthouse photography today. I had my first consult with them on Saturday and I loved their work, pricing and personalities. I called them yesterday (Wed) to say that I wanted to book. Since I live far away they were willing to handle everything via phone and email. They emailed me the contract last night and I noticed that there were a few portraits added to the package that were not included on the paperwork I was given Saturday, but the price was the same.
I called today to see if there was a mistake because I didn't want to take advantage if it was just a clerical error. They told me that the owner wanted to throw in some portraits as a thank you for booking with them. How sweet! They didn't need to do that because they already knew I made the decision to book. Their quick response and generosity make me think I definitely made the right choice booking with Lighthouse.

I'm bummed they didn't throw that in for me They did throw in some cool ideas for the engagement shoot though so I can't complain. They are really accomodating!!

Lighthouse is an absolutely amazing company. The staff are so accommodating NO matter what your situation is. I couldn't feel better about the photographer that will be at my big day. They are just so awesome all around.

I agree! I'm SO glad I booked with them! My brother is booked with them as well so I'm super excited to get to work with them twice :D

We booked with them also!!!!! They accommidated us so well also! They met a price from a different company we met with and were not pushy at all! So happy we chose to go with them!
