Vendor Rave - Marco's Hair Design
I have to take a minute to rave about my hairdresser.
I started the process several months ago. I went for a haircut and discussed my wedding hairstyle and I got a great haircut that makes my hair look great while leaving length for the wedding.
Last weekend I went in to get my hair colored for the FIRST time ever. I've never colored my hair before. I was so nervous about it and I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Antoinette worked with me patiently and explained everything every step of the way and we actually changed what we were doing a few times. We kept my wedding hairstyle in mind the whole time in terms of the placement and intensity of the highlights, etc.
I love that I have this whole plan in place for my hair. She even helped me by giving me advice on the best headpieces for the hairstyle I want to achieve.
If you're in Queens, I highly recommend Marco's. If not, I still really recommend meeting with your wedding hairdresser months before to work on a plan beforehand. I feel so confident about it.
