I had the absolute pleasure of booking my Hawaiian Honeymoon with Tom Varghese of American Express Travel.
After much dilly dallying on my part, Tom was able to help us focus on what was important for our trip. In addition to putting us below budget, Tom also has us staying in the most AMAZING hotels in Maui and Kauai!! He gave us great insight and advice on where to stay.
Girls, if you're looking for a travel agent, look no further. This guy is top notch. He gets back to you right away, he's honest and friendly.

Everything is out of state now. Tom got back to me on a question when he was on vacation while in Florida during THANKSGIVING. This guy is phenomenal. You won't regret it!!!!!

He really IS the best. Don't worry about him being out of state - everything is on the up and up and there's really nothing more he could do in person that he can't do over the phone - and it's soooo easy. He's really great and patient, will work with your budget, etc.

Totally agree with everyone - he's the best!
We're booking our second trip with him (our honeymoon), and I've convinced three of my friends to contact him when it's time to book - one's booking with him now! :)

It honestly didn't make a difference to me and FH that he was out of state, because we conference called Tom and Tom told us a couple of websites to go to.....so both FH and I really got to see the places Tom was telling us about, right in front of us........and in my opinion, that beats trying to see what's on a computer screen half a foot away from you on someones desk. Tom's wonderful to work with, very budget conscious (more so than FH and I were, haha), and will show you places you probably had no idea existed. I would definitely put your worries aside and contact him. The worst that can happen is you don't have the same experience as everyone else here (but I doubt that'll happen). And, he doesn't charge a fee....so you really have nothing to lose
