Vendor RAVE!!! Unity candles by wreathartist
Just wanted to share my story with all the fellow brides here on LIweddings.com
I'd ordered a unity candle from a vendor on Etsy months ago- until to find out about a week and a half ago that her account was gone- after taking money from brides, but NEVER sending them their candles. I couldn't believe it! I was one of them. Not only did she have my money, but she never sent my candles- and (at the time of the realization) my wedding was a month away!
Obviously super upset, I took a chance and reached out to another vendor on Etsy, wreathartist- with the possible hope that she might be willing to work with me to help create a unity candle for me in time for my wedding.
The owner and creator of wreathartist was absolutely amazing. She was super understanding of the bind I was in and more than willing to help me out. Within 2 days, she had a proof ready for me, and the candle was shipped within LESS than a week. She never even asked me to pay a rush fee! I received the candle yesterday and it is ABSOLUTELY perfect! I wish I'd used wreathartist from the very beginning!
I cannot thank this vendor enough for her help. For all you ladies looking for great service and beautiful candles, I HIGHLY recommend wreathartist- she was my lifesaver! :)
