Vendor review...Bellarino video
I was so amazed by their work that I had to make a special post for them. Let me start off by explaining that Chris and I originally did not plan on getting a video. We thought we would just have a family member tape the important stuff. About a month before the wedding we decided that we wanted a video. I am so happy that we made that choice. We called a couple of places and some of them, I wont list who, actually wanted to charge us more money for such short notice. Not Bellarino. Phil so was so nice and accomodating on the phone that I had to go and meet him. As soon as we left his office I turned to Chris and said we have to book them.
Bellarino was so understanding with the short notice. They did not pressure us at all. We had a mess up with a check in which Phil never even called to bother us about. We called him and told him that we made a mistake with our checks.
Because of the short time frame we did not give them our pictures before the wedding. Again there was no pressure from them. About a month after our wedding after we got settled in Phil called us to ask if we were ready to drop off our pictures. Of course we weren't ready and again Phil was understanding. Finally at the end of August (3 months after our wedding) we called Phil and asked if we could come by with our photos.
Phil called me on friday to tell me that our video would be ready to pick up on Monday. I joked around and said if you finished it today I would have been able to give my mom a nice birthday gift (her birthday was yesterday). Phil told me he would call me back in the afternoon and tell me if they were able to finish the video. Of course at 4:00 I got the call that everything was done. Phil met us special at his office at 9:00 friday night to give us the video/dvd. I was able to give my mom a copy of our wedding video for her birthday and it made her so happy.
The video is beautiful. Their work is beyond amazing. It made us feel like we were at the wedding again. It was great to see all the stuff we missed. I can't even begin to describe how happy we are that we not only got a video, but that we chose Bellarino. THey truly went above and beyond our expectations. Anyone who's looking for a video should check Bellarino out. They do incredible work, they are so understanding, they was no pressure with them and they are very reasonable. And those of you that already booked Bellarino let me tell you that you have nothing to worry about.
