I thought this too... I think it depends on your RH so I would ask where the vendors will be seated.

you don't NEED a vendor's table but some people do set one up (though most people do not)

If you're going to have a table for them, i think you should def have a CP.

we didnt have a table for them in the reception room... i have no clue where they ate... its not something you have to worry about... you just pay for them and your Banquet Manger will take care of it

Ask your RH where the vendors eat. We thought they were be in the corner but it ended up being that they ate in a completely separate room then us.

My BM told me that they will seat them aside in the CH room and that I don't need to worry about them.

Make sure you even have a vendor table. We didn't- I think vendors mostly eat during CH or at their stations.

We didn't set up a table for them and I never even knew where they ate. This is the first time I'm even thinking about it
