Vendor Tipping Guidelines

Can anyone list the vendors that have to get tipped on the wedding day? and more or less how much?

Does anyone think those tips are sort of small in some cases? For example, the videographer who has been there for 10 hours and the tip is like $100 or $150?

I know....it seems kindof small that's why I'm concerned if that's the standard. I know its up to our discretion but i want to make sure i'm doing right by everyone.

is there maybe a percentage calculation of the total sum or something like it???

I'm totally clueless about this
