UUMMMMM do you send your vendors invites if your paying for them to eat at the wedding. (photographer, videographer, dj's) im confused

not at all. You just tell the banquet manager how many vendors you plan on feeding and they take care of the rest.
Edit: the price for vendors is usually 10$ less than what you pay per head and it does include the tax and gratuity.

no you dont....you just tell your hall when you do your final head count that its X amount of vendors eating as well. BUT check w/ all vendors and make sure they are eating! I didnt do it...i just assumed ppl want to eat being they are there and well I paid for 4 vendors whom didnt eat a thing. Just pissed me off bc that was over 250$ I didnt have to pay out!!
