Has anyone heard of or used Zeller Limousines or Amex Limousines in Brooklyn.

I used zeller limousine and they were the only one of my vendors I was not happy with. They referred to me by a friend that was very pleased with their service on her wedding day.

I was disappointed with them because before I go any further. I went to zeller limousine with directions and called them numerous times to go through the wedding day schedule. They told me they did not need my directions and never took them.

On the day of my wedding the driver did not know the way to my church. Then he did not follow the suggestions I gave him when he asked for directions. We ended up getting to the church late. Then after the ceremony the two drivers we had did not know which way to go to get to the reception site. We ended up being late again.

What really got me upset with them is that then the drivers said we had to pay for the overtime that day in cash. Luckily my mom had that type of cash on her. We did not have time to fight with them over the charge on our wedding day b/c hello it was our wedding day and we were losing precious time and decided we would deal with them after.

Well when I called zeller when we got back from our honeymoon they said they were very sorry and that they did provide the drivers with directions but they do not know what happen. The drivers did admit they did not know the way. So they admited their mistake and refused to give us our overtime money back. They said the company's policy is no refund and sent us a coupon for free service.

My husband was just thankful for that and said he just wanted to end it. I am still upset with them b/c I don't understand how they refused my directions and then didn't know where they were going and then took our cash. My husband said we will plans ome event and use the coupon.
