Hey guys,
I am in the process of finalizing our final headcount. Do i have to tell them the exact number of vendors that will be in the reception? Please help

For vendors yes, but for guests I suggest to lower the number a bit unless you are really sure that everyone who said yes will show up. I lowered our number and 10 people still didn't show up and I ended up paying for their plates, luckily WM was nice enough to let us take the food home.
