vendors and seating chart???

Hey girls!
r we supposed have a table for the vendors (dj, mc, photog, videographer, etC) or do they eat elsewhere?

I think I heard once they sit in the cocktail room, so you shoudln't have to worry but double check with the BM

I didn't think we had to include them in the seating chart...I would imagine they eat elsewhere

I got married at Fox Hollow and we did not have to seat vendors. Not sure where they atebut we where told not to give them a table.

I'm not as well. My RH told us that they will sit at a small table off to this side.

We had a small table for them near the DJ. On our seating chart that we gave RH we put specified 'Vendor Table'
