I was looking closely at one of my vendor contracts and one of the lines said will provide dinner (i knew this) and seating? This may be a stupid question but they're not expected to sit at an actual table are they?
I am going to have a smaller table set up out of the way (no cp or favors or anything) that they will be able to sit at...
No usually they are put in a certain area away from the guests
usually they sit and eat in your room (where you are during the cocktail hour) or the RH sets them up somewhere. They dont sit in your actual reception
while i was at Lovin Oven the other day someone had there seating chart thing done, (the board kind) and it said photographer, videographer, dj table 17
You can sit them all at their own table, but the DJ can't really eat during the reception, so I'm hoping they all eat during the CH, except the photog, who I don't want taking pics while we eat anyhow . . . .
