How do we all feel about this? I am in the customer service industry so when I tell somewhen when I'll follow up I stick to what I say. I met with a vendor on saturday, they told me that their formal quote would come over yesterday and I haven't heard from them. Do you wait to hear back or move on? Everyone else I met with I walked away with a quote so I'm not sure why this one is taking 4 days?? Vent over...

Oh, this is absolutely one of my biggest pet peeves. I said this a few times on here - customer service is everything and I really beleive that they need us but will not keep us with poor customer service!!!!
Given the cost of a wedding, turbulent economic times and the fact that there is always someone willing to go the distance to help - I have moved on when I did not get timely responses. It's just not worth my time or stress level.

I met with a florist who I loveddddddddd but he still hasn't sent my proposal over and it's been over two weeks. His work is beautiful but if he's this unresponsive now, I can't imagine how he'll be once he actually has my depost.

I'd move on. If he's causing you stress now, imagine the stress you can save yourself later by going with someone else.

I'm having the same issue with one of my vendors. I already gave her Deposit and booked her but she's not getting back to me regarding another trial that we discussed doing. I almost feel that she just doesn't wanna do it since I booked her already I'm running out of time too- my wedding is in 2 mobths

I had this problem with a photographer. Its one of my pet peeves...drives me cazy
