I have an early wedding and am taking pictures before the ceremony so we have to be up SUPER early, like 6 am. Both my videographer and photographer are supposed to do prep photos, but live far from the venue. It's not in the contract, but I'd like to offer them a room at the hotel next door the night before the wedding, but i can only afford one. Would it be weird if I offer them a room for them to share?

Yeah, i think it would be kind of weird to make the vendors share a room (plus, they might have assistants so they might need the two beds anyhow)
i would just give them a $50 extra tip and that's it

lol sorry but it would be VERY weird. no one wants to spend a night with someone they didn't know. i wouldn't accept that offer.
don't bother w the room. if they needed one, they'd tell you. if it was too far for them, they wouldn't have accepted your business.

Yeah agreed. I dont at all think its necessary for you to provide them a room. They agreed to do your wedding for whatever price and I am sure they factored in the early start time. Apply the money towards a larger tip or something extra you wanted for the wedding. So thoughtful of you though!
