I think the vendors just kinda grab food and eat- like the DJs eat by their booth- I dunno if we have an acutal vendors table....hmmm

they are sitting in our cocktail hour room so there will already be centerpieces on ours..... don't know if thats standard for everyone...

I was actually gonna request that they sit at table out by my guests.... most of our vendors are people we know and/or are just really cool people, so why not...

I think vendors sit outside the reception room somewhere...so no CPs...My RH said that the vendors would not be eating with our guests and to not count them in our tables when we are doing our table count

we have a little separate 'out cove' for the vendors with a table....im not putting a centerpiece on it because no one can see it.

I wasn't planning on a seperate vendor table. I will have to talk to RH and see what they rec.

I'm only feeding 4 vendors so I'm not doing a table.

If it doesnt mention it anywhere in the contract and they never mentioned anything at previous meetings, do we still have to feed them? And who is it usually? Just the Dj and photographer I think, right?

we are having a table in the back - we have room so its not a biggie. No decorations though just a plain table.
