I'm having a table for my vendors to eat at in the actual room. I have to order 2 additional CP's (high) and was thinking about putting a low CP on their table. Would it look weird if all the others were high except for theirs?

It might look a little strange, but considering they'll probably be in the back corner anyway, it doesn't make much of a difference.

I'm planning on feeding them the same 3 courses that everyone else is offered. Total I'll have 11 vendors at that table.

definitely put them in the back corner if you can. i went to a wedding where the vendor table was front and center, and it looked so weird because it was almost always completely empty.

I'm getting uplighting at my wedding, but I think he sets up beforehand and then leaves... (it's only one color, nothing changes or anything). I don't need to account for him, do i??

I have intel lighting which someone has to physically be there for to work. I'll be having the colors of the uplighting changed throughout the night so he needs to be there. As for the roadie, I work for my DJ so I can't not offer food.
