So..I'm going to check out the Venetian yacht Club tonight. I'm having a winter wedding 2/7/09. Does anybody know or think what a good price should be for the winter there? Thanks in advance for your comments!

I know that VYC is pricey for the summer months. But I think that at good winter price would be no more then 75.00 pp. And I'm only saying that for VYC because they are at 130.00 during the summer. You may find an even cheaper price for the winter.

I have March/April Prices
Friday: $115pp Saturday PM: $130pp (plus tax and grat.)
Im sure that is negotiable, thats just the price they gave me over the phone.

Ohh let us know how it is...I think I am booking at CLM. I called VYC a few times but nobody ever called me back...that left a bad taste in my mouth...but I am glad that they called you back!! Good luck!
i got a quote for february 14 09 and they gave me a price quote of 105 pp plus 20% gratiuty

I spoke to Daisy...the only thing I didn't like was that she told me the price wasn't negotiable at all. Usually they come down $5-10 a head.

Hmmm, that's weird because we definitely negotiated with Giulio when we met with him! I do know you can negotiate on the price if you guarantee more people. Do you mind me asking what you were quoted?

Just so you know...they can have 2 events at a time..>i read a post a few days ago saying they don't do that...but i spoke with Guillio tonight and they absolutely do!

I went there today...not happy at all! Spoke with Daisy...turns out if you use the downstairs room you can't have a ceremony there. I am not having a huge wedding and I didnt want to guarantee 25 more people htan would come just so i could get an upstairs room there...Didn't get the best vibe from her either...kind of felt like if my wedding was on less than 175 it didnt matter! Chateau La Mer it is!

The final quote for the Venetian is $80 per person. We got them down from $85. Jericho Terrace was $75....so now we are torn between JT and VYC. My fiance wasnt thrilled with Daisy yesterday. I dont know what to do?!?!

I'm so shocked to see 2 people not thrilled with Daisy...she was soooo incredibly nice. She isn't my BM (Giulio is) but she was still soo nice to me every time I come there.

That's an OUTRAGEOUS price!!!!!! I hate cold weather so much otherwise I would have loved to have a winter wedding and save sooo much money
