heyy.... i was just wondering if anyone has checked out the venetian yacht club... i was browsing around and came across some pictures and really liked what i saw. if you've been there it would be awesome if you could let me know what it was like and all that jazz...

we are actually considering booking with them. they are in our top running. the place is really beautiful. for a sat night in the summer was around 130pp i think. 2 rooms, one upstairs and downstairs. heres a few pics from when i went
sorry, i don't have any info on it, but all of the pictures i have seen are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately fh didn't want to go anywhere in suffolk county

haha i had a tough time getting my fh to look anywhere in nassau... but then i reminded him that going to nassau is the same as going out east for us.
thanks for all the pictures-- definitely a big help! i feel like 130pp for a saturday night in the summer isn't really bad at all!

My friend just went there to look and she said that quoted her $175 on a Sat night in July...she added the vhour and I think an extended cocktail hour...

i went to see the venetian and I thought it was very nice loooking. I had to X them off my list because the biggest room couldnt not hold as many guests as I am expecting which is 300. They quoted me $150 I think with a full VH and Cocktail for a saturday in July

I looked there. For a saturday night in Oct/Nov I believe it was around $100pp. Something like that. The upstairs room is very nice. The only thing is the bridal suites are very small. That just depends on you though.

i found the bridal suite to be small as well and one of their cocktail rooms is small, unless you have enough people to use the room on the first floor.
that was the place we were actually set on booking until we looked at one last place and booked there instead. we were quoted $85 for a sat night in february

that's crazy how varied the prices are... but now i'm afraid that i'll have to x them off my list too. i'm really hoping we won't have more than 250 guests... but it's looking like it's going to be more like 300.
we're going to look at majestic gardens and eastwind on thursday though-- hopefully i'll fall in love with one of them!

east wind is BEAUTIFUL!!! I looked at The Estate there...we were quoted something like 160 for a sunday twighlight there, but i think that was including a VH too...not positive. the place is great, just expensive

hey there, we checked it out, we actually almost booked and when we did, it honestly smelt so bad with the low tide, that was a big factor in booking, ecs when you have an outdoor cocktail hour, and a lot of people have mentioned same thing but the inside smelt good!

I went to see Venetian yaht club and thought it looked nothing like the pictures. My FH and I were very tuned off. the outside really needs to be done over and the lobby is very small.

East Wind was very nice. They wanted $115 pp for Oct/Nov Saturday night.
