Where did you place OR where are you planning to place the table for escort cards?

Could you place it in that hallway in front of the lower room? Like behind that small desk where the person that greets you sits? I haven't been there in a bit, so my memory of the setup might be off :)

I guess it depends if your reception is downstairs or upstairs too.

I was married at Venetian. I'm not 100% sure but I think it was set up in cocktail hour? They do it for you.

They set it up for us - it ended up being at the bottom of the stairs inside the Regency room. Guests came in from the ceremony outside, grabbed a drink and dounf their cards. It will depend on what your setup is (our guests came in from the patio so it was not set up in the lobby)
