Re: Venetian Yacht Club questions
The wedding I went to (the LIW Wedding of the Year there) was very nice, FH and I enjoyed the food. Our only concern was we passed by it twice trying to find it

Re: Venetian Yacht Club questions
I originally wanted Oct/Nov 09 Saturday night and then quoted me around $90pp....I can't remember the exact number but it was around that.
I've been there a few times for various events, to be honest, I am not impressed. I don't like the outside and the downstairs room. The bridal suites are very small as well. - JMO

Congrats and welcome!!!!
If you're really thinking of getting married on 10/10/10, that's a popular date so do your research early. The halls are booking up for that date. There's a price quote thread here somewhere, I'll try to find it for you!!

They do offer food tastings once you book and they will do it for you when an actual wedding is taking place. They give you samples of the plates of food that are actually being served that night so you get the whole actual food experience. I've been to weddings there and the food is great. It is sooo beautiful. There are quite a few hotels not too far from VYC too, so you won't have a problem with finding one.

i 100% agree. they actually quoted me $98 for the end of March which is absurd.
The thing that really bothered me the most was b/c i would've been the smaller wedding party, i could NOT have my ceremony there b/c i had to work around the larger party and also when you look out the window, you can see boats docking/loading, cars/trucks in the parking lot, etc, etc. I just thought that was sloppy looking

Re: Venetian Yacht Club questions
ok the reviews..... out of all the places i have been too i honestly thought it was the dirtest place i have been too. The bathroom seats had piss on them and a wedding was about to start when i arrived. i always make that the 1st stop in any place i go to.....they should have been cleaned!!! The views were nice but you see everyone fishing on the pier and i thought that was not very nice and quiet. also about it being dirty the chairs had huge stains on them. i was not impressed at all and i didn't even want to get the price. i was quoted 130 for 10/10/10 which i thought was crazy for this venue.
