VENT!!!!!!!!!!

VENT!!!!!!!!!!

Donna and I are both upset!!!!! A vendor has been writing unprofessioal e-mails to Donna, and is obviously upset with Donna, because with each new mail, the wording has gotten to be nastier. Thing is, we're both trying to figure out what upset her!!!!! I was with Donna every time she was with this vendor, and Donna was always very nice!!!! Donna is a customer service supervisor for pete sake!!!!!!!! All of Donna's e-mails have been nice, so we're clueless!!!!!!! Thanks for listening!!!!!!! Mary MOB

what? that is so strange. I'm sure you don't want to name names, but what 'category' of vendor was it? Florist, DJ....?

That is very weird and unprofessional

I don't think so; The vendor is from Pa., but I've never said anything bad, so I'm confused as is Donna!!!! Mary MOB

Ugh that is strange - its so awful to have people think neg things about you and you have no idea why. .. if the contract was still there I would say contact her directly but if its voided I think it would just be more hassle to try to find any resolution so I'd say just breathe and know you all did nothing wrong and some people are just dealing with their own strange things. .

Thats so uncalled for! and unprofessional !! Has you or donna asked her why she is so upset? Tell her that you are confused with her behavior and ask her what you did to get her angry.
