anyone ever feel like there family is trying to plan there wedding? I feel like noone cares about what i want. i am not even mad anymore, im upset that noone cares about my feelings or what i want on my big day.( i know that sounds bridezilla -ish) sorry just need to vent and knew i could do it here.

I understand what you're saying. FMIL annoys me and I don't like to talk to her about wedding stuff a lot. One day I openned up and showed her a few of my ideas.
I showed her form fitted lace gowns and she kinda nodded, no comment or anything.
I showed her my caramel apple favor idea and she shook her head no and said something from lenox or mikasa would be better.
I showed her my flower ideas: Colored bouquet instead of all white and she said Nooooooooooooooooooo
From that point on, I decided not to show her anything and just do what FH and I feel is nice. I don't need her annoyingness.
If ppl start giving you their own ideas, nod and smile and just do what you and FH want.

My family does that sometimes too. I try to ignore them and not bring up the details too much. I know everyone is excited b/c it's a special event so I try to let me talk and then book what I want
