HI Ladies

I know i dont really post on here often but i figured i would today since you all would totaly understand my frustation.......... So i ordered my thank you cards for my enegagement party and STD's from this place in LI back in Sept it is now NOV 10 and still nothing .... the girl told me i would have them last sat and then called me that day to tell me her printer is broken please give her to tue so i call yesterday and tells me no repair man yet she promises me tomorrow i call today and have my assissant call and once again nothing still no repair man i mean come on you have a $250 deposit ....... Its killing me any ideas or advise as what i should do i need to get these cards out our party was 9/19 my mom and MIL are going to kill me

Can you get somewhere similar somewhere else? If so, try to get your deposit back and order from elsewhere!

Sorry about this, it sounds so frustrating!

I can think of two options...
if you totally love them and want them when she can print them then order a batch from somewhere else (or buy a pack of cards) and send your thank yous to a few people who would want them sooner rather then later.

Or just cancel. Tell her it is unacceptable and you can not wait anymore and that you want your deposit back. IMO i would cancel.

im sorry!!!! its very frustrating!! they should be calling you to tell you the status on your order.
