so FH dropped the bomb this morning. He is way behind on most of his bills! He in currently unemployed so i take care of our biggest bill (rent) and pay my car ins and my own bills. He does his credit cards and utilities. I thought we were caught up on all our bills. Now i have to bail him out and figure out where to get the balance for this wedding! ugh!

That stinks but better to find out now , at least you have time to sort things out before the wedding. If he is getting unemployment you should just start combining that with your income and budgeting your things together.
