Vent!!

why must people always question what i am doing for MY wedding? 'why aren't you going to throw the garter?? its so fun' 'why aren't you going to use a limo?' 'why aren't u going down to 'here comes the bride?' 'why aren't u going to use bubbles, they're so nice?'

I'm just getting so tired of having to explain myself!!!

Some people are funny like that - rude, but funny. I'm just keeping my ideas to myself...to avoid the comments I received early on when I was telling people things.

I've gotten crap too, the best thing to do is ignore it & not let it bother you. It's YOUR day, not their's!!

or if you want to have fun with people who you know are going to criticize our decisions anyway - make stuff up and pretend that's what you're really doing. talk at length about that black veil you just got to match your red and black wedding dress! or the black roses you'll be using for the centerpieces. how your wedding song will be 'love bites' By def leppard!

I'm just starting to get these comments and my reply is going to be 'if you don't like it, don't come'
People seem to be forgetting that it's our day and we plan to do what makes us happy

I'm glad that people are even a little bit interested in the wedding becuase for months they ignored it even was ever going to happen! People are rude and thoughtless! (Well, not all of them!)

It can be incredibly annoying when people add in their two cents and insist and persist that we follow those two cents. Just know that your decision is the best one out there!! And - we are always here for you to vent about the insanity!

I hear 'well why don't you....' and I tone them out. When I hear silence I say, that's nice. and move on.

If they snooty, I say 'because it's my wedding and im paying for it so they are my choices'

People can be so rude.
