I ordered a unity candle off etsy and this seller has been very bad with responding to messages. I know its the holidays but I purchased my item on Nov. 16th. They finally sent me a message on Nov 24th with designs options and the last message they sent me was on the 24th asking what colors I like. I sent them several messages back since then asking what the status was and still no response. Should I be concerned? How long would you let this go...
