So on Sat FH and I were at a party with friends and one of the BM. The BM approaches me with his girlfriend next to him of about 7 months and asks me to have her in the BP. He was completely serious. He did this in front of EVERYONE.
(BTW-he did this before when we announced our engagement but I thought he was joking)I was completely shocked.
Then throughout the night he kept asking me again in 'Hey did you invite him' in front of people who are not invited. ***?
I told FH about it and he said that he was going to talk to him but I'm still pissed.
has this happened to anyone?
Also-I wouldnt be so bad if I actually liked his girlfriend or hung out with her-but I dont...so having her in the BP is not an option

Dont apologize for venting- that totally deserves a vent? Was he drunk? I HOPE he was drunk acting like that! Completely unacceptable and immature.

When he was with his GF i told him that I had everyone already for the BP and excused myself to the bathroom immediately
Then in front of the uninvited guests I was so shocked- I told him-we are keeping it small.....
But I was so annoyed-I wanted to pull him aside alone but he was always with people-
FH and I left not too long afterwards

Ugh, that's is so terribly tacky and rude. I sure hope he was under the influence of something and not a reflection of how he acts as a sober individual.

How about FMIL 'telling' you to invite BM's mother in front of BM?????? I've met the woman twice, once was at a friggin' funeral!!!!!!!

omg what is wrong with, and does she really want to be in your BP when she does not even hang out with you. She most likly has issue with him ( not trusting) and knows that she will be gooing to the chruch and rh byherself, Im shocked let Fh speak with him and get the story! because no girl will want to shell all that money out for Bp when she is not close with the bride
