Vent: BM problem.....

Okay...................so many of you may remember my FSIL trying to change the date of my shower so that she and her daughter can go to NYC for the same weekend. (she called the restaurant and tried to change the date without even calling my mother or MOH)....

Anyways, my MOH talked to her a few weeks (yup weeks) and she told her that she decided to go to NYC and not attend the shower. Also she must have told my other FSIL too.......(and they all told me) all before she ever did. Just been kind of waiting for her to tell me herself. Well she finally did this morning........in an EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!

She can't even have the common courtesy to tell me in person........ugh........i am just so frustrated with this whole thing

I'm sorry this happened. Family can be so weird sometimes! I bet you'll have a great shower no matter what, though!

Seriously, some people seem to only be able to think of themselves...

people are horrible!!!

Seriously, why do some many people get all dumb during wedding planning time?!?!?!

Don't worry about it.

It just reflects badly on dear old FSIL that she will not be attending your shower. Your shower and wedding are a once in a lifetime event.
Your future niece will have more opportunities to go into the city with the girl scouts.

Enjoy your shower with the guests who REALLY care about you.
