Vent - Call Centers!!!!

i just called Sallie Mae to discuss my student loans (federal subsidized). the call was answered in india!!!!!!!!!!!!! the woman on the other end had such a heavy accent i could barely understand her!!

i understand big business and their need to find cheap labor, but it is getting ridiculous. it's absurd when i can't discuss my Federal Stafford Loan with someone in the US!!!!
