vent: dont be a Princess in farmingdale

I really just cant take them anymore. They have an excuse for everything and insist that no one ever complains about them. Eventhough there are post on here all the time. whatever you dont go to them. They told me alfred angelo dresses take forever to come in which 7 of my bridesmaids got there dress there in october then i ordered my dream in color alfred angelo wedding gown and 2 bridesmaid dress elsewhere in dec and they came in. Then I call and get an attitude again from the women that picked up the phone. They made my sister almost cry and 2 of my bridesmaid asked why i went there because of their attitudes and how long they had to wait to be measured eventhough noone else was there plus the attitude i got when i said i got my dress somewhere else. Please please just dont even waste your time. I dont think enough brides can post not to go there

Some one from there is totally stalking this page, they gave such a ridiculously glowing review and was sure to mention peoples names and how they did it within there allotted time. who says that!

i'm so so sorry you bought from them ...i made the same mistake so i feel your pain (except my pain's over already, thank God!!)

Anyway, stay strong .... you won't have to deal wtih them for too much longer!

I drive by them for work everyday and I always think what ugly dresses in the window. Despite their customer service do they atleast have decent dresses inside?

they have some good dresses inside, but the BS you have to deal with to finally get your dress is just not worth it .... they are the nastiest people on the planet - every last one of them!

frankly, i have no idea how they stay in business!

we need to spread the word and warn EVERYONE about this awful place!

Yes they have the designers but hopefully they work on their customer service because that's all they have. they are over priced and its not like they make the dresses

I figured that so i said something on their page. I told them that i read the reviews to late or I wouldnt have gone there. Huge mistake to go there. they said the last time there was a bad reveiw about them was 2 years ago. They must watch the site and not know how it works
