So my FH decided he wanted to ask an additional 3 guys to be in the wedding party last night! Originally, I wanted a small bridal party because I only wanted people we are truly connected to. Well, he has a group of guys he always hangs out with. They're a pretty tight knit group, so I couldn't say no and he was so happy. But I'm closer with guys than girls, so I'm having trouble figuring out who to ask and I feel bad because of the short notice. I asked one of the girls I work with because we've gotten much closer. And I think I'll ask one of my friends from college. We're not as close as we used to be, but I still love her. And I'll still be short one girl, but I don't mind having an uneven bridal party. This is driving me nuts!

I hear you! I had a big party, 8 girls, 7 guys and then he decides he HAS to have all 3 friends that are brothers that he grew up with!!! AHHHHH WHAT?!!?! Now I am ok with it, but at first I was gonna kill him!!

Yeah FH has a lot of guy friends and really wanted two more but, kept it at 6. I only have 5, didn't really feel like asking anyone else. So I will have two GM walk on BM down the aisle! But I feel the frustration

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have 9 GM and 8 BM. FH just HAD to have all 9 of them

I am having the same problem he says he cant have this one without that one and he is driving me crazy!!!!! I tohught the girls usually had trouble narrowing down their friends! Right now we are at 6 on each side, but considering adding one more each!!!

We had a hard time narrowing down our bridal party because we didn't want to leave anyone out or offend.

You don't have to have the same #GMs as BMs. Went to a wedding in which they had 2 GM per BM and walked by 3s together. Worked just as well. GM are lots cheaper to have (with all the expenses such as flowers etc.) than BMs.
