I called the Holiday Inn Express (Stony Brook) on Friday morning to try to find out info on blocking rooms. I left a nice message on the chick's voicemail with work and home #'s. Have I heard back from her?? Noooo....I just tried again and they said she was in but I got transferred to her voicemail yet again!! Not returning phone calls says to me 'we really don't want your business'....so frustrating!
That is truly frustrating. I feel your pain!! So aggravating.
HATE THAT!!!!! We had one conversation with a video guy, he was supposed to send us a demo and now a million voicemails & emails later STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!

That's funny because I had the same experience with them. I started calling them in March through the summer and I still haven't heard back from the HI in Stony Brook. So, I went with the new Holiday Inn Express in Hauppague. It is the new one right off the LIE near Motor Parkway. I dealt with a guy named Felix who was so helpful. I'm not sure if that works with the MPI but worth a try. Good luck, i know it is frustrating.
